Bebe et Cie for junior toddlers recognizes this stage of the children's growth as one of curiosity and exploration. The program concentrates on the developmental goals of this stage as well as emphasizes safety and security. Environment is specially designed for children to explore and play as they begin their understanding of socially appropriate behaviour. DEVELOPMENTAL GOALS FOR JUNIOR TODDLERS:
Our major goal in this stage is to develop thinking skills and to encourage language skills, and physical development, as well as to concentrate on parallel play as an introduction to promote social play, and develop a high degree of social and emotional security. In this stage our focus is:

- To teach children self-feed and to use cups and utensils.
- To show interest in getting dressed
- To increase children's vocabulary from 10-20 words to nearly 200 words.
- To develop walking, running and climbing.
- To perfect manipulative skills
- To exhibit numerous emotions
